This ("Terms", "Agreement") is an agreement between Subscription Tracker or the Subscription Tracker Developer ("Subscription Tracker or Subscription Tracker Developer", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Subscription Tracker application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Subscription Tracker " or "Services").

Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of Subscription Tracker is at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, content and effort is with you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subscription Tracker and any services performed or provided by Subscription Tracker are provided "As is" and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Subscription Tracker Application. By using Subscription Tracker, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Images and Logos

Subscription Tracker and the Subscription Tracker Developer do not claim to own or be affiliated with any branding "icons" and "logos" present in the Service.

Backups and Content

We are not responsible for Content residing in Subscription Tracker. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Subscription Tracker Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in Subscription Tracker. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Subscription Tracker Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using Subscription Tracker or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access Subscription Tracker and its Services.

Privacy Policy

Subscription Tracker ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Subscription Tracker mobile application (the "Service").

Information Collection And Use

Subscription Tracker automatically collects anonymized metadata using Apple's built in metrics and analytics system. This system transmits data such as crash reports, device type and device locale. Please note that any data collected of this type will solely be used to improve the service. More information about what data Apple collects on behalf of all developers is available on their website.

Subscription Tracker does not collect any personally identifiable information such as subscriptions, expense history, images or any other data entered within the app.

Opt out of Anonymized Data Collection

You may disable Apple's anonymized data collection at anytime via the following steps on your device:

Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements → Share iPhone & Watch Analytics: "OFF"

Use of Data

Subscription Tracker uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service

• To notify you about changes to our Service

• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service

• To monitor the usage of the Service

• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
